[Remote] Senior Data Analyst

As a Senior Data Analyst, you will analyze data, document business requirements, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure software applications meet business needs while supporting the software development lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Be a knowledgeable reputed company between clients, project managers and technical staff to define, document and share business requirements and expected impact
• Requirements and Process Analysis: Gather, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements; evaluate and optimize business processes to align with software capabilities
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a liaison between stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring alignment on business needs, design, and development throughout the project lifecycle
• Documentation and Communication: Create and maintain SOWs, user stories, process flows, and training materials to support development and user adoption
• Testing and Quality Assurance: Support UAT, identify and resolve defects, and assist end-users during testing and go-live phases to ensure solution quality
• Project and Change Management Support: Assist with project planning, tracking, and change management by analyzing impacts, managing risks, and communicating updates effectively
• Coordinate business analyst team’s activities on IT projects and nurture newer team members by providing guidance and support
• Exercise your analytical and relational database capability to quantify the anticipated solution approach and business impact

Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Data Analysis, Requirements Gathering, Process Mapping, Documentation
• 3+ years in Data Warehouse
• Skilled in both Agile and Waterfall SDLC Methodologies
• Experience leading teams and mentoring Junior Analysts while working with cross-functional technical and non-technical partners
• Familiarity with SQL and Power BI a plus
