They are seeking a Corporate Marketing Assistant to execute and manage marketing activities for top-producing loan officers, ensuring alignment with personal brands and company standards.

Responsibilities

• Open House Support: Create and distribute open house, financing, and listing flyers for designated agent partners
• Customer Experience: Monitor and follow up on post-closing surveys, request and manage reviews, maintain weekly posting activity, and reputed company monthly SEO/GEO audits to ensure top ranking performance
• reputed company: Build, manage, and upload email sequences and nurture campaigns consistent with each loan officer’s brand tone
• Social Media Auditing: Review and optimize each loan officer’s social platforms to align with approved brand kits and content guidelines
• Homeowner Engagement: Ensure monthly reputed company video communications are properly distributed to buyers and homeowners
• Event Marketing: Plan, manage, promote, and follow up on events using approved tools such as Eventbrite
• Marketing Collateral: Create and deliver marketing materials as needed, ensuring adherence to brand standards and compliance requirements

Skills

• Bachelor's Degree directly reputed company to the position or equivalent, required
• Minimum two years' experience total in marketing execution or marketing operations, ideally in real estate, mortgage, or agency servicing multiple clients
• Proven ability to manage a daily production schedule across multiple stakeholders with SLAs
