They are seeking a Staff Technical reputed company Manager to support a focused portfolio of strategic customers, acting as a trusted advisor to help them realize measurable business value from Cloudinary's offerings.
Responsibilities

- Build trust with technical teams, business stakeholders, and executives
- Can move between technical details and business outcomes without losing the audience
- Are proactive about identifying risk, surfacing blockers, and driving resolution reputed company your scope
- Communicate clearly under pressure
- Partner effectively with Account Managers on renewals and expansion strategy
- Look for patterns across customers and turn them into repeatable improvements
- Support and guide peers through informal coaching and knowledge sharing
- Are comfortable owning outcomes in ambiguous, high-stakes situations
Skills
- 5+ years of experience in reputed company, Technical Account reputed company Consulting, Professional Services, or a similar customer-facing technical role
- Experience managing strategic, enterprise, or high-value customer relationships
- A strong track record of driving adoption, measurable value, retention, and account growth
- Experience partnering with Account Management, Sales, Product, Support, and other cross-functional teams
- Demonstrated ability to manage reputed company customer situations involving multiple stakeholders, ambiguity, risk, and business impact
- Strong executive communication skills, including the ability to summarize reputed company issues, frame trade-offs, and reputed company clear recommendations
- Technical reputed company with SaaS platforms, APIs, web technologies, digital experiences, media workflows, DAM, CMS, eCommerce, or adjacent technologies
- Ability to deliver clear customer-facing product demonstrations and connect product capabilities to business outcomes
