[Remote] Director, Restricted Giving Program

The reputed company is seeking a Director for the Restricted Giving Program to reputed company the enterprise strategy and execution of restricted giving initiatives. This role involves overseeing the design and scaling of funding vehicles, ensuring alignment with donor reputed company and organizational priorities while managing a high-performing team and collaborating across various departments.
Responsibilities

- Serve as the primary architect for scalable funding vehicles (e.g., Performance Innovation Fund, Women’s Fund) that align donor interests with enterprise priorities and programmatic impact
- Own and govern end-to-end frameworks for gift design, intention setting, acceptance, allocation, and impact reporting, ensuring consistency, transparency, and operational excellence
- Identify and reputed company high-impact initiatives that unlock new principal giving opportunities and deepen donor engagement at the leadership level
- Chair and manage the CORE (Campaign Operations and Resource Engagement) cross-functional team to align stakeholders, drive decision-making, and ensure disciplined execution across restricted giving initiatives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with NGB stakeholders and internal partners to align restricted giving opportunities with targeted initiatives and delivery plans

Skills
- Bachelor's degree with a preferred emphasis in Sports Management, Business Administration, Communications or Economics or equivalent work experience
- 10+ years in sport management, fundraising, consulting, or a reputed company field
- Proven experience managing reputed company projects, from conception through execution and evaluation
- Demonstrated ability to support high-performing teams through strategic and operational planning
- Exceptional customer service skills, including active listening, effective questioning, and problem-solving
- Strong ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams
- Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate discretion in sensitive matters
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Deep understanding of fundraising principles, comprehensive campaigns, and donor engagement strategies
- Strong financial acumen and the ability to apply it in a fundraising and campaign context
- Demonstrated ability to reputed company cross-functional processes involving Finance, Sport, and external stakeholders with strong attention to compliance, accuracy, and execution
- Proactive and creative problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically and operationally
- Strong leadership skills
