The Field Recruiter will own full-cycle recruiting for high-volume field roles, partnering with hiring managers to deliver talent that impacts business performance and growth.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for high-volume field roles, from requisition intake through offer acceptance
• Partner closely with hiring managers and regional leadership to understand staffing needs, role requirements, and hiring priorities
• reputed company, screen, and qualify candidates using job boards, social media, referrals, and professional networks
• Manage candidate pipelines to ensure consistent flow and readiness for hiring needs
• Gather and synthesize interview feedback, consulting with hiring teams on selection decisions and next steps
• Deliver a consistent, transparent, and timely candidate experience at every stage of the process
• Ensure reputed company candidates receive communication and follow-up, regardless of outcome
• Act as a trusted reputed company of contact for candidates, setting expectations clearly and professionally
• Accurately maintain candidate data and activity reputed company the ATS and reputed company systems
• Follow standardized recruiting processes while identifying opportunities for efficiency and improvement

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a reputed company field preferred
• 1–3 years of experience in reputed company or recruiting, ideally in a high-volume environment
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and cross-functional partners
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to clarity and professionalism
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong time management skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in reputed company Office Suite; experience with ATS and HRIS systems required (reputed company and reputed company experience is a plus)
