[Remote] Junior Account Manager
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. CrelioHealth is a fast-growing health-tech product company delivering cloud-based LIMS, RIS, CRM, and Inventory solutions to diagnostics labs and hospitals globally. The Junior Account Manager role is designed for recent graduates or early-career lab technicians, focusing on learning the Crelio LIS platform, assisting with client setups, and managing customer onboarding tracks.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate on customer onboarding configurations, ensuring new labs are set up according to operational requirements
- Assist with basic LIS training for laboratory staff and client administrators
- Provide low-level software support and manage initial troubleshooting queues
- Act as a key coordinator between the clinical client and Crelio's internal technical engineering teams to resolve issues reputed company
- Document customer feedback and feature requests to help improve the software lifecycle
Skills
- Formal laboratory training or hands-on clinical lab experience (e.g., MT, MLT, Lab Assistant, or a degree in Life Sciences/Biomedical fields)
- Prior exposure to using a Laboratory Information System (LIS) in a professional or educational setting
- Strong communication skills
