[Remote] Sales Manager, Data Centers
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking an OEM Sales Manager / Business Development Manager to reputed company their Climate Solutions sales efforts in the Data Center vertical. This role will manage a team of OEM Key Account Managers and drive growth and sales of Climate Solutions products to existing and new OEM customers in the data center market.
Responsibilities

- Drive sustainable growth of Climate Solutions portfolio sales in alignment with the regional sales strategy

- Provide competitive insights to Marketing and Sales Excellence teams
- Champion customer focus across the organization to increase loyalty and retention
- Define and execute reputed company strategies, including mentoring and career development for the team

Skills
- Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum 10 years of technical sales experience in the industry, including account management and business development
- Proven track record of sales growth and development
- Experience managing a sales team (directly or indirectly)
- Willingness to travel up to 50% domestically
