[Remote] Network Operation Engineer

The role involves troubleshooting network issues, managing network changes, and ensuring compliance with reputed company policies.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain enterprise network infrastructure to ensure maximum uptime and performance
- Troubleshoot and resolve network issues reputed company to LAN, WAN, VPN, Wi-Fi, and data center networks
- Configure, manage, and support routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancers
- reputed company root cause analysis (RCA) for network incidents and implement preventive measures
- Monitor network performance and optimize bandwidth utilization
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to support network-reputed company projects and deployments
- Manage network changes, upgrades, and maintenance activities following change management processes

- Create and maintain network documentation, diagrams, and operational procedures

Skills
- 8+ years of experience in Network Operations or Network Engineering
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, BGP, OSPF, MPLS, VLANs, STP, and VPN technologies
- Hands-on experience with reputed company, Juniper, Arista, or similar networking equipment
- Experience with firewalls such as Palo Alto, reputed company ASA, reputed company, or reputed company reputed company
- Familiarity with network monitoring tools such as reputed company, PRTG, Nagios, Zabbix, or similar
