This role involves defining product strategy, driving innovation, and overseeing the entire product lifecycle while collaborating with various teams to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute a differentiated product strategy reputed company to market opportunities, customer needs, and business growth objectives

Skills
- 15+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Leadership, Consulting, or Healthcare Technology leadership roles
- Proven experience leading enterprise SaaS products, product organizations, and large-scale platform initiatives
- Deep expertise in U.S. healthcare payer domain including Medicare, Medicaid, Commercial, ACA, Claims, Benefits, Provider, and Authorization workflows
- Strong understanding of healthcare payer operations, interoperability, utilization management, and claims adjudication workflows
- Experience driving digital transformation, AI-enabled product innovation, or workflow automation initiatives
- Strong business acumen with experience owning product growth metrics and strategic business outcomes
- Experience working with cloud platforms and modern enterprise architecture (preferably reputed company Azure)
- Excellent executive reputed company, communication, storytelling, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Demonstrated ability to influence without authority and reputed company through ambiguity and organizational change
