The role involves identifying and addressing risks reputed company to Personally Identifiable Information (PII) in financial documents while ensuring compliance with global data protection laws.
Responsibilities
- Identify, analyze, and address risks reputed company to Personally Identifiable Information (PII) in financial documents and digital systems
- Apply advanced knowledge of global data protection laws such as GDPR and CCPA to ensure strict compliance in reputed company data handling practices
- Review and redact sensitive financial documents, including Confidential Information Memorandums (CIMs), financial statements, and reputed company, leveraging industry-standard privacy and redaction tools
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to establish and document robust data privacy protocols across sensitive workflows
- Evaluate document content for indirect identifiers—recognizing that PII can reside beyond the obvious, such as in proprietary processes or unique reconciliation protocols
- Provide expert recommendations to enhance data privacy controls reputed company the customer’s finance and corporate environments
- Support incident response and risk mitigation strategies pertaining to data breaches or policy violations
Skills
- Minimum 2 years' hands-on experience with PII compliance in finance or corporate settings
- Comprehensive understanding of data protection laws (GDPR, CCPA) and their application to financial data
- Demonstrated expertise in sensitive document handling and redaction tools
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate reputed company privacy requirements into actionable practices for the customer's team
- Experience managing workflows and protocols that involve confidential information reputed company financial systems
- Attention to detail and an investigative reputed company for identifying non-obvious PII reputed company documentation
- Background in finance, auditing, or compliance roles reputed company regulated industries
- Familiarity with privacy tools and solutions for automating PII detection and redaction in bulk document processing
