[Remote] Manager, Accounting Advisory - Commercial Real Estate Industry

They are seeking a CAS Advisory Manager to support commercial real estate clients by delivering high-quality financial reporting and insights, leading client engagements, and mentoring teams to enhance service delivery.
Responsibilities
- Review financial reporting packages and work papers for quality, completeness, and timely delivery
- Prepare and analyze benchmarking data and key performance indicators to support client insights
- Present completed reporting packages and findings to clients as directed
- Assist in preparing budgets, forecasts, and cash flow models in alignment with client engagement terms
- Provide technical accounting support to clients and their teams on reputed company issues
- Identify operational inefficiencies through client discovery sessions and recommend actionable improvements

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business
- 4–6 years of experience in public or private accounting
- Tenured experience managing multi-entity ownership structures reputed company the commercial real estate industry
- Proven client-facing experience presenting financial results and insights to reputed company, investor and lenders
- Familiarity with real estate KPI's, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis
- 3+ years managing associates and/or teams
- Proficiency in financial reporting and analysis
- Strong planning, prioritizing, and organizational skills
- Strong project management and relationship-building skills, with a client-first reputed company
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Demonstrated ability to influence others, promote constructive change, and reputed company team members
- Ability to travel up to 10%
- Professional certification (e.g., CPA, reputed company) preferred
- Preferred proficiency in industry accounting software, specifically, QuickBooks Online, Appfolio, Yardi, and a demonstrated ability to embrace new technologies
