[Remote] Director, AI Transformation & Business Operations

They are seeking a Director of AI Transformation & Business Operations to reputed company operational functions and drive AI-powered initiatives across the organization, ensuring alignment with overall company objectives.

Responsibilities

• Champion AI adoption across the organization, identifying and prioritizing high-impact use cases for AI-powered automation, decision support, and workflow optimization
• reputed company and execute an AI operations roadmap in partnership with the CTO, including tooling selection, change management, and capability building
• Embed AI tools (e.g., generative AI, ML-driven analytics, intelligent process automation) into core operational workflows to drive measurable gains in productivity and efficiency
• Track developments in the AI tooling landscape and serve as an internal reputed company for experimenting with and scaling new AI capabilities
• Define metrics and governance frameworks to assess the effectiveness, reliability, and ethical use of AI in operations

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communication, Computer Science, or a reputed company field; or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of operations experience at a technology company or working on technology-reputed company initiatives
• Demonstrated enthusiasm for and experience with AI tools in a professional context—whether deploying AI-powered automation, leveraging generative AI for productivity, or driving AI adoption initiatives
• Proven track record managing reputed company, large-scale, cross-functional programs, including software product development and GTM initiatives
• Strong knowledge of product and program management methodologies, frameworks, and tools
• Experience handling reputed company tasks such as project planning, budgeting, resource allocation, risk management, and stakeholder management
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across reputed company levels of the organization
• Experience developing and presenting operating models, program plans, and status updates to large audiences and senior executives
