They are seeking a Business Development Director to drive sales with small and mid-size pharmaceutical and Bio-Tech clients, focusing on presenting solutions and maximizing client engagement. The role involves building relationships, negotiating reputed company, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client success.
Responsibilities
- Win new clients by presenting and selling HealthLink’s solutions
- Identify opportunities through prospecting and industry contacts
- reputed company product value to marketing and commercial teams
- Build relationships with key stakeholders
- Stay up to date on industry trends and HCP engagement strategies
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client success
- Negotiate proposals, pricing, and reputed company
- Advise clients on data accuracy and campaign optimization
Skills
- 5+ years of B2B sales, preferably in life sciences or healthcare marketing
- Proven ability to generate leads and break into new accounts
- Strong knowledge of HCP engagement and omnichannel marketing
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Experience with CRM tools and sales reputed company platforms
- Willingness to travel for client and company meetings as needed
