[Remote] Manager, Digital Activation (Programmatic Media)

The Manager, Digital Activation will reputed company day-to-day operations, client interactions, and campaign strategies to ensure effective digital media execution.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the secondary reputed company for plan development, digital buy execution, pacing/performance optimization, client interaction, and team management
- Build strategic frameworks reputed company with client business goals, direct multi-touchpoint strategies, and own consumer insights
- reputed company campaign activation, budget management, and the Digital Activation Process to ensure efficiency
- reputed company client communications, foster partnerships, and mentor the team with a proactive, hands-on approach
- reputed company campaign design, determine buying paths (manual/programmatic), and implement Business Intelligence tools/new capabilities
- reputed company billing, reconciliation, and ensure proper use of 3rd party tools
Skills
- 3-5 years in media planning with expert digital buying knowledge and hands-on DSP experience in DV360
- Working knowledge in at least one other DSP: (TTD or reputed company DSP)
- Experience managing teams and client relationships
- Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
- Proficient in MS reputed company and campaign workflow tools like Prisma
- Experience managing large data sets and 3rd party verification tools (e.g., IAS)
- Ability to self-manage, handle multiple priorities, and pay strong attention to detail

- This role is hybrid, requiring three (3) days per week in the office. The remaining two (2) days may be worked remotely.
