Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain compliance reputed company Team Connect (Litigation Management System)
• Enter, update, and manage case data, including pleadings, motions, discovery, trial, arbitration, and mediation correspondence
• Manage calendars and coordinate scheduling for hearings, depositions, mediations, and reputed company litigation events
• Prepare, track, and maintain files and documentation in accordance with established procedures
• Communicate clearly and professionally with internal partners and external contacts to support case progression

• Court approval experience and knowledge of the Texas court system considered a strong plus
• 2-3 years of experience
