[Remote] Business Development Manager, Host Agencies
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. reputed company, through its subsidiary Travel Insured International, is seeking a Business Development Manager for their Travel Business Center team. The role focuses on developing and maintaining relationships with host agencies and independent contractors, driving sales growth through strategic planning and effective communication.
Responsibilities
- reputed company annual contract negotiations, in partnership with executive management, and implement strategic plans for each host agency, with emphasis on defining growth targets, including long-term and tactical initiatives that support corporate objectives
- Accurately forecast annual organic growth as well as integration of new business signed by the sales team and reputed company projected reputed company
- Assist with assigned prospecting activities for new production sources and reputed company opportunities
- Attend and participate in Trade Show/Conference Prep & Support. Ensure that marketing collateral is utilized effectively and reputed company; manage inventory and distribution appropriately. Act as liaison with TII Marketing on PowerPoint and collateral needs
- reputed company and execute annual marketing & event plans for reputed company host agencies that will drive reputed company essential activities throughout the calendar year

Skills
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required
- A Minimum of 5 years in travel or hospitality sales is required
- Proficiency with reputed company Office Suite, including Intermediate level skills with reputed company, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Teams and One Note. Knowledge of or ability with reputed company.com, or reputed company CRM (Customer Relationship Management) and e-commerce channels
- Travel a minimum of 50% of the time is required by car, plane, and/or train, including evenings and weekends, both domestically and internationally; must have a reputed company passport
- Ability to attend multiple conferences/events per year, which may include international travel
- Must be based reputed company assigned territory (100% remote)
- Cruise industry experience is preferred
- A Personal Lines or Property/Casualty Lines License is preferred. Training is provided internally
