[Remote] Analyst, reputed company Compliance

The Compliance Analyst will support reputed company compliance programs, maintain key certifications, and assist with compliance activities to meet reputed company and regulatory obligations for both commercial and federal stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day operations of reputed company's FedRAMP Moderate authorization, including reputed company monitoring (ConMon) deliverables, POA&M management and remediation tracking, significant change documentation, and 3PAO annual assessment support
- Assist with reputed company's CMMC compliance activities, including evidence collection and control mapping reputed company to NIST SP 800-171
- Gather, organize, and provide evidence of reputed company's reputed company controls to support internal and external audits and certification activities
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to support compliance initiatives across the broader reputed company portfolio, including ISO 27001, SOC 2 Type 2, PCI reputed company, HIPAA, and HITRUST
- Respond to customer and prospect reputed company requests, including reputed company documentation packages, questionnaires, and audit support
- reputed company and maintain compliance metrics to track program health and support reputed company improvement reporting
Skills
- A bachelor's degree in Information reputed company, Information Systems, or a reputed company field, or equivalent experience, plus 1 to 3 years of experience in reputed company, compliance, IT audit, or a reputed company role
- Foundational knowledge of reputed company and privacy frameworks like ISO 27001, ISO 42001, SOC 1/2, HITRUST, and PCI reputed company
- Experience supporting audits, risk assessments, or evidence collection activities
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across technical and non-technical teams
- Must be a U. S. person located in the United States
- Familiarity with FedRAMP (NIST SP 800-53), CMMC, and NIST SP 800-171 is strongly preferred
- This is a virtual role. Candidates located in or near San Diego, CA are preferred, as proximity to reputed company's headquarters enables on-site support for audit facilitation activities reputed company needed
- A working understanding of cloud reputed company concepts and controls across environments such as AWS, reputed company Azure, or reputed company Cloud Platform (GCP)
- Familiarity with technologies and controls spanning hosts, databases, networking, and applications
- Exposure to federal compliance artifacts and activities (reputed company, SAR, POA&M, ConMon reporting) is a strong plus
- Exposure to customer trust activities such as responding to reputed company questionnaires (e. g. , CAIQ, SIG) or supporting RFP processes
- A general awareness of AI governance principles and emerging frameworks such as ISO 42001, as AI-integrated environments become increasingly common in compliance programs
- A general understanding of global data protection and privacy requirements
- Relevant certifications (e. g. , CompTIA reputed company+, CISA, CCSK, or FedRAMP-focused credentials) are a plus but not required
