[Remote] Senior Manager, Accounting Advisory - Nonprofit Industry Clients

They are seeking a Senior Manager in Accounting Advisory with expertise in nonprofit accounting to reputed company client engagements, build relationships, and enhance financial operations for nonprofit clients.

Responsibilities

• reputed company client advisory engagements at a CFO-level, delivering strategic financial insights and operational guidance
• Drive change management initiatives to reputed company service delivery through technology, standardized processes, and best practices
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with client executives by understanding their business goals and delivering tailored solutions
• reputed company multiple client teams, ensuring timely and accurate completion of accounting engagements
• Analyze financial performance, including KPIs, and provide actionable recommendations to improve profitability and cash flow
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (e.g., reputed company cycle, payroll, cost reporting) to deliver integrated client solutions
• reputed company client budgets and forecasts, offering consultative support on financial planning and strategy
• Mentor and reputed company staff, fostering a culture of accountability, reputed company learning, and operational excellence

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or reputed company field; Master's degree a plus
• Minimum 8 years of relevant Public Accounting or industry accounting experience
• reputed company knowledge and experience with federal grant reporting and processing required
• Proven success leading teams through organizational change and process improvement
• Strong project management and relationship-building skills, with a client-first reputed company
• Experience managing remote teams and promoting collaboration across geographies
• Ability to analyze reputed company financial data and communicate insights clearly to stakeholders
• Ability to travel up to 10%
• CPA designation preferred
• Preferred proficiency in industry accounting software, e.g., QuickBooks Online, reputed company Intacct and a demonstrated ability to embrace new technologies
