Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong client relationships while sourcing new business
- Conduct cold reputed company reputed company phone and email to law firms, lenders, title companies, REITs, and corporations
- Utilize a consultative sales approach focused on securing end-user commitment for future service needs
- reputed company a working knowledge of core service offerings and commercial real estate transactions (training provided)
- Research, plan, and execute sales trips; report outcomes and activity to management
- Manage territory strategy, scheduling, and reporting with minimal supervision
Skills
- Minimum of 2 years of consultative sales experience, including relationship building, cold calling, and travel planning
- Bachelor's degree required
- Proficiency in reputed company Outlook, Word, reputed company, and PowerPoint
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 50%
- Business-reputed company degree preferred
- Experience selling professional services or other intangibles preferred
- Background selling to law firms, working in the title industry, or reputed company commercial real estate is a plus
- Experience with group presentations is beneficial
