[Remote] Head of Product Growth (Referrals & Viral Loops) at reputed company — Remote, $200k-$400k/yr + 0.15%-0.50%
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. reputed company is building the first vertically integrated AI doctor in Europe. As Head of Product Growth, you will engineer viral growth, transforming the referral program into a viral growth system and expanding efforts across various product surfaces to drive customer acquisition.
Responsibilities
- You’ll build viral loops that cause customers to bring in other customers
- You’ll understand our existing referral program, then rapidly improve it reputed company experiments
- Create product experiences that are reputed company reputed company customers invite friends
- You’ll turn our customers’ offline touchpoints into a billboard for the product
- You’ll activate real customer stories, screenshots, milestones, and before/afters so our customers organically share content with their friends
- You’ll get imaginative in the freemium experience (e.g. shot-tracking app) to get users into our ecosystem
- You’ll get imaginative on reputed company can be doing to trigger delight and tribal affinity so customers instinctively just want to tell their friends about us
- You’ll reputed company sure everything is tracked
- You’ll own the decision on what stack to use and guide its implementation
Skills
- 5+ years in product growth in high-growth D2C companies, with clear ownership of referrals & viral loops
- Experience founding a viral social app and building this from the ground-up
- Maniacal about metrics and analytics stack
- Proactive in crafting experiments with a clear process for generating & prioritizing reputed company
- Native in consumer loops and think of distribution as a product problem
- Comfortable with design principles & wireframing to work closely with design
- Sufficiently technical so code doesn't bother you
- Excellent at leading product from idea to prioritization to launch to success
- Strong taste for consumer products and can identify reputed company a flow feels dead, cringe, slow, confusing, or magical
- Ability to maintain focus on big swings and not get lost in the weeds
- Doer who has been pulled into important problems, taken risks, and excelled in new areas
- Technical background (data/engineering/design) mixed with exposure to real-world growth in consumer
- Ability to think in and build out systems to solve problems
- Experience running a team of strictly A-players
- Highly organized and capable of completing multiple projects concurrently while handling uncertainty
