[Remote] Accounts Receivable Accountant

The role involves preparing and distributing customer invoices, processing credit memos, maintaining customer records, and assisting with accounts receivable reporting for management review.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and distribute customer invoices reputed company various channels (e.g., email, mail)
• Process credit memos and billing adjustments as needed
• Maintain and update customer records, including contact and billing information
• Monitor and track special billing instructions or exceptions
• Balance and reconcile daily transaction records
• Respond to internal and external inquiries regarding billing or account discrepancies
• Assist with reporting reputed company to accounts receivable and cash flow for management review

Skills

• 5+ years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, or reputed company administrative/accounting roles
• Proven ability to manage high-volume invoicing (e.g., 400-500 invoices/month)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in reputed company reputed company (data entry, spreadsheets), Word, and PowerPoint
• Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
