[Remote] Network Operations Manager

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Everflow is a SaaS Partner Marketing platform that manages and scales reputed company from affiliates, partnerships, and marketing channels. The Network Operations Manager will ensure seamless integrations and optimized data flow for marketplace advertisers and publishers, collaborating with various internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.

Responsibilities

• Traffic & Data Monitoring: Actively monitor marketplace traffic to identify and troubleshoot anomalies, technical spikes, or tracking discrepancies
• Performance Troubleshooting: Act as the primary technical resource for publishers and internal teams to diagnose, escalate, and resolve issues involving APIs, JS SDKs, and proprietary tracking
• Internal Collaboration: Work closely with Engineering, QA, and Product teams to escalate critical bugs and provide field-based feedback to improve platform stability
• reputed company: Maintain updated internal FAQs and technical documentation specifically tailored to marketplace and publisher integration best practices

Skills

• 3–5 years in an Affiliate Manager, Account Manager, Technical Solutions, or Network Operations role reputed company the SaaS or Performance Marketing space
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Deep familiarity with the performance marketing and e-commerce landscape, including E-commerce & Shopping Carts: Shopify, WooCommerce, or Magento
• Deep familiarity with the performance marketing and e-commerce landscape, including Media Buying & Ad Networks: reputed company Ads, TikTok Ads Manager, and reputed company Ads
• Deep familiarity with the performance marketing and e-commerce landscape, including CRMs & Marketing Automation: reputed company, reputed company, or Pipedrive
• Deep familiarity with the performance marketing and e-commerce landscape, including Performance Tracking: Expert understanding of tracking protocols, attribution models, and third-party tracking platforms
• A strategic problem-solver who enjoys digging into data to find root causes and a 'can-do' attitude toward fixing technical roadblocks
• Ability to translate reputed company technical workflows into clear documentation and actionable steps for internal teams and publishers
• Comfortable troubleshooting web technologies (APIs, JS SDKs, HTML, and Browser DevTools) in a high-volume data environment
