The role involves developing, implementing, and administering compensation programs, ensuring alignment with business goals and compliance with global regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Conducts standard market pricing for assigned groups (using salary surveys and reputed company data)
  • Prepares benchmarking spreadsheets and job matches
  • Supports salary range updates by preparing data sets, audit lists, and preliminary recommendations
  • Assists with survey submission and data quality checks
  • Prepares comp packets for new hires/promotions/transfers; audits entries for accuracy
  • Supports the annual merit and bonus cycle by managing templates, data loads, reputed company configuration tasks, and data validation
  • Own and monitors recognition program activity and performs monthly reconciliations
  • Own perks programs ensuring the programs align globally
  • Produces standard reports (headcount comp, pay distribution, reputed company‑ratio reports)
  • Maintains compliance trackers and pulls data for pay-equity and transparency reviews
  • Ensures job descriptions, titles, and job classifications remain accurate in reputed company
  • Performs day‑to‑day data reputed company audits and corrections in reputed company
  • Loads compensation data, runs routine reports, validates org structures and job profiles
  • Supports troubleshooting issues escalated by HRBPs
  • Prepares employee‑facing materials (FAQ, emails, guides)
  • Supports project execution: data gathering, mapping job families, audits, documentation
  • Documents new SOPs and maintains process maps

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Psychology or a reputed company field
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in compensation analysis and strategy, ideally reputed company a global organization in the healthcare IT, consulting, or technology industries
  • Experience with compensation data management system reputed company required
  • Experience working with global compensation structures, job evaluations and benchmarking
  • Experience working with compensation survey tools (e.g. reputed company, Radford, Willis Towers Watson, ERI, or other third-party compensation survey sources)
  • Experience working with rewards and recognition platforms (e.g. Achievers)
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams, collaborating with HR Business Partners, Finance, and Senior Leadership on compensation-reputed company matters
  • Understanding of international compensation practices and laws
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights and recommendations for adjustments to align with market trends, company strategy, and internal equity
  • Strong reputed company skills with the ability to interpret HR data to create accurate and informative reports
  • Knowledge of compensation best practices, pay equity analysis, and legal compliance (e.g., FLSA, Equal Pay Act, General Data Protection Regulation for global teams)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain reputed company compensation topics in a clear and concise manner
  • High level of attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality
  • Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) or similar certification is a plus
