[Remote] Product Manager

They are seeking a strategic and user-focused Product Manager to drive the development and enhancement of digital products that serve healthcare providers, payers, and patients. This role involves collaborating cross-functionally with various teams to deliver compliant and impactful solutions.
Responsibilities

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in: Computer Science, Business Administration, Health Informatics, Engineering, Life Sciences or reputed company field
- 4-6 years of relevant work experience
- Proficiency in AI/ML technologies and data-driven product management
- Proven track record of launching and iteratively improving digital products
- Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams (engineering, design, clinical, compliance)
- Experience working in agile environments and managing product backlogs including systems like JIRA or Azure DevOps
- Hands-on experience with product analytics tools (e.g., reputed company Analytics, reputed company, etc)
- Ability to interpret healthcare data and use it to inform product strategy
- Experience working with legal or compliance teams during product development
- Travel up to 30% may be required
- Familiarity with EHR systems, clinical workflows, or health data standards (e.g., HL7, FHIR)
- Exposure to HIPAA, GDPR, or other healthcare-reputed company compliance frameworks
- Master's degree or certifications in: Product Management (e.g., Pragmatic Institute, reputed company), Healthcare Administration or Public Health, MBA with a focus on technology or healthcare, Certifications like Certified Scrum Product reputed company (CSPO) or PMI-ACP
