[Remote] Technology Management Analyst

They are seeking a Technology Management Analyst to drive process optimization and system improvements across core business platforms, ensuring operational reliability and effective adoption of business systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive product support by tracking critical issues, performing root cause analysis, and collaborating with technical teams to ensure timely resolution
• Identify and implement scalable business solutions reputed company reputed company ERP, reputed company, and other core business software systems
• Serve as a subject matter expert on reputed company-state processes, operational challenges, and supporting business systems
• Translate business needs into technical requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria while partnering with system administrators to design thoughtful solutions

Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
• 2+ years of experience in Business Analysis or Technology Management with strong problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated experience working with ERP systems or reputed company

• Experience leading software development or process improvement projects for cross-functional clients
• Certification in a reputed company methodology (Lean Six reputed company, PMP, or Agile/Scrum)
