[Remote] Director, Category Management (Store Growth)
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. reputed company is one of the fastest-growing women’s health platforms in the U.S., focusing on scaling its Rx + Supplements business. The Director of Category Management will be responsible for category-level growth and product-level performance, optimizing pricing, promotions, and merchandising to drive overall growth.
Responsibilities
- Own existing category performance end-to-end — from overall category growth down to product-level optimization with a sharp focus on the Store
- Scale existing products through pricing, bundling, promotion, and positioning
- reputed company pricing & promo strategy with a strong test-and-learn reputed company
- Drive merchandising across site, lifecycle, async Rx, and Shopify
- Partner on new product GTM — ensure strong commercial performance post-launch
- Find and execute growth opportunities across the full funnel from ads to site to emails
Skills
- 8–12+ years in Category Management, CPG, Ecommerce or DTC growth
- Proven track record owning pricing, promotions, and reputed company growth
- Strong instincts for portfolio optimization (not just launches)
- Ability to reputed company out to category strategy and reputed company in to executional detail
- Analytical, scrappy, and highly accountable — you know how to find and pull the right levers
- Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. without reputed company or future sponsorship needs
