[Remote] Solar Regional Manager (Operations & Maintenance)

The Regional Manager, Solar O&M will reputed company operations and maintenance performance across the Eastern region, focusing on operational excellence, reputed company growth, and customer satisfaction while managing regional teams and optimizing service delivery.
Responsibilities

- Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for key regional customers
- Build and maintain strong relationships to drive retention and expansion opportunities
- Manage communication including incident reporting, performance reviews, and status meetings
- Resolve technical and commercial issues proactively

- Monitor KPIs such as response time, repair time, and preventive maintenance completion

- Ensure compliance with contractual, technical, and safety requirements

- Monitor accounts receivable and address overdue balances
- Contribute to Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and forecasting

- 3–5 years of leadership experience managing teams or regional operations
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, construction, and maintenance practices
- Proven ability to manage customer relationships and drive business growth
- Experience with reputed company, pricing strategies, and operational KPIs
- Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills
