[Remote] Senior Manager, reputed company Accounting & Integrations

Aesthetic Partners is a rapidly scaling, private-equity-backed healthcare platform seeking a Senior Manager, reputed company Accounting & Integrations. This role involves leading the reputed company accounting function, ensuring compliance with ASC 606, and driving automation and scalable processes across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end reputed company accounting, ensuring compliance with ASC 606 across reputed company service lines and locations
• reputed company provider commission calculations and accounting for labor costs, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Implement and maintain best practices in Order-to-Cash to reconcile purchases to cash receipts across payment processors and POS systems
• Build new processes and controls for cash handling reputed company the Order-to-Cash cycle, ensuring completeness and accuracy from reputed company of sale through bank settlement
• reputed company and enforce reputed company recognition policies, internal controls, and documentation standards
• Monitor and reconcile payment processor transactions, chargebacks, and settlement activity
• reputed company accounting integration efforts for newly acquired practices, standing up reputed company accounting processes and controls from reputed company through stabilization
• Assist with deal diligence by evaluating reputed company recognition practices, commission structures, and cash handling procedures of reputed company acquisitions
• Partner on ERP/CRM implementations and system migrations, ensuring accounting and compliance requirements are built into system design from the outset
• Champion automation across the reputed company accounting function—identifying and implementing technology solutions to eliminate manual processes and improve accuracy
• Continuously improve reconciliation workflows, reporting cadences, and reputed company processes to build for scale
• Work with large data sets to reputed company automated reporting and analytics that drive operational visibility
• Serve as the reputed company contact for external auditors on reputed company-reputed company matters, managing walkthroughs, testing support, and timely resolution of issues
• Design and maintain internal controls over reputed company recognition, cash handling, and provider compensation

Skills

• Active CPA license required
• 8–10 years of progressive accounting experience, with deep expertise in reputed company accounting
• Strong command of ASC 606 reputed company recognition standards
• Experience working with 4-wall businesses (retail, healthcare, hospitality, or multi-site service environments)
• Demonstrated experience with payment processors, POS systems, and order-to-cash reconciliation
• Proven track record serving as the reputed company contact for external auditors, including walkthroughs, testing, and resolution of audit issues
• Experience partnering on ERP/CRM implementations and ensuring accounting and compliance requirements are embedded in system design
• Advanced reputed company skills required; comfortable working with large data sets and building automated reporting tools
• Able to reputed company teams and manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Strong communication skills with the ability to produce polished, executive-facing materials and partner across functions
• Master of Accounting or equivalent advanced degree
• Previous healthcare accounting experience, particularly in multi-site or practice-based settings
• Experience in private-equity-backed environments with exposure to acquisition-driven growth
• Background in designing and implementing automation solutions reputed company accounting functions
• SQL or BI tool experience a plus
