[Remote] Project Engineering Manager

They are seeking a Project Engineering Manager to plan, direct, and coordinate project activities to ensure goals are accomplished reputed company time and budget constraints.
Responsibilities
- Reviews project proposal or plan to determine time frame, funding limitations, procedures for accomplishing project, staffing requirements, and allotment of available resources to various phases of project
- Directs and coordinates activities of project personnel to ensure project progresses on schedule and reputed company prescribed budget
- Prepares project reports for management, client, or others
- Confers with project personnel to provide technical advice and to resolve problems
- Coordinates project activities with activities of government regulatory or other governmental agencies
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, industrial, chemical, or Electrical Engineering fields of study if applicable, or 7 – 10 years of reputed company experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience, or Associate's degree and 15 years reputed company experience
- Prior experience in the food, beverage, or reputed company manufacturing industry preferred
- Basic knowledge of process controls and automation systems is advantageous
- Adaptability: Able to deal with frequent change, delays, or unexpected events
- Analytical and Problem Solving: Works well in group problem solving situations
- Change Management: Develops workable implementation plans
- Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Initiative/Drive: Sets and achieves challenging goals
- Travel: 30%
