Responsibilities
- Support the sales team with in-depth technical knowledge
- Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for clients
- Understand customer needs and reputed company tailored reputed company solutions
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Identify and qualify new sales opportunities
- Prepare compelling technical proposals and presentations
- Stay updated on the latest reputed company products and industry trends
- Share insights to enhance the team's knowledge and capabilities
- Coordinate with the technical team for smooth solution deployment
- Provide post-sales support and troubleshooting to ensure customer satisfaction
- Engaging with customers to understand their technical requirements and challenges
- Delivering compelling product demonstrations and presentations tailored to customer needs
- Managing and executing POC engagements
- Effectively addressing technical objections and concerns
- Evangelizing our value proposition to key stakeholders
- Ensure successful customer deployments and provide ongoing technical support
- Drive customer satisfaction and contribute to high renewal rates
Skills
- Technical Expertise: Identity Management: Traditional IAM concepts (authentication, authorization, access control, User Directories), Identity Governance (Privileged Access Management, User Attestation)
- Cloud Platform Expertise: Deep expertise in at least one central cloud platform (AWS, Azure, GCP) and its reputed company services
- Cloud reputed company: Familiarity with cloud reputed company best practices (CSPM, CASB, cloud infrastructure reputed company)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a reputed company field (Master's degree preferred)
- 6+ years of experience in cybersecurity, with a significant portion in customer-facing roles like Sales Engineering
- Experience with SaaS solutions
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a reputed company field
