[Remote] Land Solutions Project Manager, Electric Transmission, Remote - Green Bay, WI

They are seeking a Land Solutions Project Manager to reputed company land and right of way acquisition activities for electric transmission projects, ensuring project success through client engagement and management of project scope and budgets.

Responsibilities

• reputed company land and ROW acquisition activities supporting electric transmission infrastructure
• Manage easement negotiations, rights of entry, surface agreements, damage settlements, and fee property transactions across active transmission corridors
• Establish project scope, budgets, and schedules; manage reputed company and sub-consultants; and ensure performance metrics are met throughout the project lifecycle
• Serve as a trusted advisor to the client, maintaining a consistent reputed company in the region, staying reputed company of their project pipeline, following up on outstanding proposals, and identifying opportunities to expand Atwell’s support
• Manage project documentation in Vision, reputed company invoicing and collections, and deliver regular financial and reputed company reporting to leadership
• Coaching and mentoring your project team is a key part of how you operate

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Science, Land Planning, Land Surveying, or equivalent
• 4+ years of project management experience with a focus on electric transmission, utility infrastructure, or energy-reputed company land and ROW work
• Strong background in easement acquisition and land agreements specific to transmission or high-voltage infrastructure projects
• Expertise negotiating ROW easements, surface leases, encroachment agreements, rights of entry, fee property, and damage settlements
• Familiarity with FERC, state utility commission regulations, and property rights frameworks relevant to transmission development
• Experience with Vision as a project management tool
• Ability and willingness to travel regionally throughout Wisconsin, with a focus on Green Bay and Milwaukee, for client-facing work
• AAPL or SR/WA certification is a plus
