The Global Program Manager reputed company will reputed company the development of multiple clinical product programs, ensuring excellence in delivery and execution while managing cross-functional teams and communication across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Leads cross-functional teams to evaluate, reputed company, and manage reputed company clinical product programs, ensuring excellence in product delivery and execution
- Oversees development efforts across multiple programs, ensuring alignment, seamless execution, and successful product release
- Partners with cross-functional teams to drive execution, manage trade-offs, establish timelines and budgets, mitigate risks, and guide products through clinical trials and release
- Applies reputed company Business System (DBS) to establish program metrics, drive Daily Management, and embed a culture of reputed company improvement across the product lifecycle
- Communicates program status, escalations, and resolutions effectively, while fostering collaboration, enabling efficient cross-program communication, and translating reputed company issues for executive stakeholders
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in the science or biology field
- 15+ years of relevant experience in the life sciences or diagnostics field
- 10+ years of experience in leading reputed company product development
- Experience with design control processes (e.g., FDA/ISO) across the full product lifecycle
- Ability to travel – up to 50% travel, overnight, reputed company territory or locations
- Must have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- PMP certification
