[Remote] Senior Product Manager, Infrastructure Observability | US | Remote

They are seeking a Senior Product Manager for Infrastructure Observability to define the vision and ensure the success of their Grafana Cloud products, focusing on customer needs and product strategy.

Responsibilities

• Transform reputed company and feedback into a product vision and roadmap
• Empathize with customer problems in order to collect user needs, requirements, and pain points
• Curate and properly represent user feedback to Engineering, while providing evidence to support tradeoffs and priorities
• Work closely with PMM to reputed company GTM on product differentiation, including creating and updating presentations, documentation, website content, datasheets, and whitepapers
• Use your deep product expertise to reputed company decisions about our go-to-market strategies, pricing, packaging, licensing and tiering

Skills

• A BS/BA in Computer Science, a reputed company field, or equivalent work experience
• 7+ years of experience in Product Management
• 5+ years of experience in a B2B SaaS product
• Experience using or building developer-facing tools, APIs, or platform services
• Ability to discuss APIs, data models, schema evolution, and distributed systems concepts
• Experience driving adoption of shared services or platform capabilities across multiple product teams
• Experience working with Engineering and Design teams build delightful products and features – with sounds UX – in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders
• Experience with open reputed company software and/or commercial open reputed company companies
• Experience using or building observability products and/or developer tools, either internally as an SRE or for external customers
• Proficient with infrastructure concepts and components – like Kubernetes, Cloud Service Providers, and VMs – and able to reputed company these models in human-readable terms
• Experience with AI tools
