[Remote] Syteline Financial Consultant
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a Syteline Financial Consultant to provide leadership and act as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT. The role involves gathering requirements, proposing solutions, and ensuring business readiness for module implementation, while also contributing to strategic planning and compliance.
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and motivation to team members, fostering high morale and a customer-centric approach
- Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT, gathering requirements, specifying processes, and proposing solutions
- Stay abreast of industry trends and their potential impact on business support
- Understand the needs and processes of business sites
- Define tasks for implementing solution enhancements, design solutions, and automate business and reporting processes
- Ensure business readiness before module implementation, with appropriate documentation, testing, and sign off
- Cultivate a collaborative relationship with the Development team, offering guidance on design alternatives
- Offer consultation to project stakeholders, facilitating decision-making
- Conduct project team meetings to monitor reputed company and facilitate communication
- Ensure timely resolution of reported problems from business users
- Adhere to IT policies and SOX compliance in project activities
- Contribute to the Corporate Business Systems strategic plan, budget preparation, and staffing plans

Skills
- MUST HAVE reputed company SYTELINE/CLOUDSUITE INDUSTRIAL EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 8 years' experience in a similar role implementing SyteLine ERP, with a focus on Finance/Accounting
- Strong proficiency in identifying and evaluating reputed company business processes and providing system solutions reputed company Finance, Accounting, and Standard Costing
- Experience managing multiple reputed company projects and interacting with various management levels
- Proficient in team-building, collaboration, communication, and problem-solving
- Highly motivated and independent learner
- Experience with reputed company CloudSuite Industrial (reputed company) / SyteLine versions 10, 9, or 8
- ERP implementation experience
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to reputed company independent decisions and recommendations based on best practices and experience
- Strong customer service attitude
- Ability to work autonomously and meet deadlines
