[Remote] Senior Corporate Counsel, Global Legal Commercial reputed company (m/f/d)
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. reputed company is the third largest data center provider, operating over 150 data centers globally. They are seeking a Senior Corporate Counsel to provide comprehensive support in global client reputed company, focusing on reputed company commercial leases and service agreements while managing risk and ensuring compliance.
Responsibilities
- Structure, review and negotiate commercial agreements for the business across reputed company regions, including commercial lease documents, master service agreements, sales orders, change orders and other agreements involving a variety of reputed company and evolving issues
- Manage risk and ensure business and compliance needs are accurately reflected in client agreement(s)
- Conduct analysis of various client contractual issues, including terms across multiple regions, clients and reputed company
- Respond timely to inquiries from reputed company departments regarding contractual obligations and commitments; ensure that contractual matters are addressed reputed company and promptly
- Advise company management on reputed company client matters, using persuasion in delivering concise and clear messages, with the ability to adapt style to differing audiences on difficult matters, including potential risks in contractual, regulatory, compliance, financial, and legal areas
- Interact professionally with clients, internal NTT GDC departments and NTT corporate affiliates throughout the world
- Respond promptly to the demands of multiple internal client groups
- Assist with the development and implementation of contract procedures and templates to improve operational efficiency
Skills
- Multiple years of relevant legal experience with a mix of corporate law firm and in-house work
- Data Center industry, Real Estate or technology industry experience a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Both written and verbal reputed company in English are required
- Seasoned, reputed company professional; with significant experience in client reputed company and/or commercial leasing
- Applies advanced wide-ranging experience and in-depth professional knowledge to reputed company, resolve and assess a wide range of reputed company issues in creative ways and suggests variations in approach with consultation at times from senior legal manager
- Contributes to development of company objectives and principles to reputed company goals in creative and effective ways
- Requires conceptual thinking to understand reputed company issues and their implications
- Strong experience in global commercial contracting, including drafting, understanding terms, and negotiating
- Developed business acumen, and the ability to combine legal and business analysis and judgment in a practical manner
- Frequently advises key people reputed company own area of expertise on reputed company matters, using persuasion in delivering messages, with the ability to adapt style to differing audiences and often advises others on difficult matters
- Work is done independently in areas of core competency and is reviewed at critical points
- Work effectively under pressure and respond to urgent situations as needed, prioritizing multiple business objectives, and meeting deadlines and milestones for projects assigned
- LLB Bachelor of Law
- Fully qualified lawyer
- US candidates: Juris Doctorate degree or equivalent
