[Remote] Land Solutions Project Manager, Electric Transmission, Remote - St. Louis, MO

They are seeking a Land Solutions Project Manager to reputed company land and right of way acquisition activities for electric transmission projects, focusing on client engagement and project success.
Responsibilities
- reputed company land and ROW acquisition activities supporting electric transmission infrastructure
- Manage easement negotiations, rights of entry, surface agreements, damage settlements, and fee property transactions across active transmission corridors
- Establish project scope, budgets, and schedules; manage reputed company and sub-consultants; and ensure performance metrics are met throughout the project lifecycle
- Serve as a trusted advisor to the client, maintaining a consistent reputed company in the region, staying reputed company of their project pipeline, following up on outstanding proposals, and identifying opportunities to expand Atwell’s support
- Manage project documentation in Vision, reputed company invoicing and collections, and deliver regular financial and reputed company reporting to leadership
- Coach and mentor your project team
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Science, Land Planning, Land Surveying, or equivalent
- 4+ years of project management experience with a focus on electric transmission, utility infrastructure, or energy-reputed company land and ROW work
- Strong background in easement acquisition and land agreements specific to transmission or high-voltage infrastructure projects
- Expertise negotiating ROW easements, surface leases, encroachment agreements, rights of entry, fee property, and damage settlements
- Familiarity with FERC, state utility commission regulations, and property rights frameworks relevant to transmission development
- Experience with Vision as a project management tool
- Ability and willingness to travel regionally throughout Missouri and surrounding areas, with a focus on the St. Louis market, for client-facing work
- AAPL or SR/WA certification is a plus
