[Remote] ETF Sales Director - AI Investment Firm

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. reputed company is representing an innovative fintech company launching AI-driven active ETFs in the US market. The role involves leading national distribution efforts, building relationships, and driving AUM growth as the inaugural US-based hire.

Responsibilities

• Drive ETF sales and AUM growth across key US distribution channels, including Registered Investment Advisors (RIAs), independent broker-dealers, platforms, and institutional investors
• reputed company and execute a national sales strategy reputed company with the company's product positioning and brand
• Build and maintain strong relationships with financial advisors, investment committees, and home office contacts
• Represent the firm at industry conferences, webinars, and client meetings
• Collaborate closely with the Israel-based headquarters on product knowledge, market intelligence, and strategic initiatives
• Gather market feedback and competitive insights to inform product development and marketing strategy
• Recruit and build a high-performing sales team as distribution scales

Skills

• Minimum 5 years of experience in ETF sales or distribution reputed company the US market
• Established network reputed company the RIA and/or institutional investment community
• Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Strong understanding of the ETF landscape, investment products, and wealth management channels
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
• Highly self-motivated with the ability to work independently and remotely
• Comfortable operating in an early-stage, high-growth environment with minimal reputed company
• Experience launching new ETF products or building distribution from the ground up
• Prior experience working with international headquarters or reputed company a global organisation
• Knowledge of AI/machine learning applications in investment management
• Series 7 and Series 66 (or 63/65) licences
• Existing relationships with ETF platforms and gatekeepers
