[Remote] Implementation & Insights Consultant - US
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. reputed company is a SaaS scale-up focused on transforming retail operations through data-led insights. As an Implementation & Insights Consultant, you will analyze reputed company retail data to provide actionable insights that enhance decision-making for enterprise customers.
Responsibilities
- Partner with enterprise customer teams to understand business operations and define analytical requirements
- Use SQL and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker) to analyse large, messy retail datasets and surface meaningful insights
- Create dashboards and visualisations that reputed company store performance, identify improvement opportunities and measure results
- Translate data findings into practical recommendations that drive operational excellence
- Collaborate with Product, Customer and Implementation teams to ensure our data stories connect with business priorities
- Continuously refine how we interpret and present data, improving clarity, speed and impact for internal teams and clients alike
Skills
- 2+ years' experience in BI, analytics or data-driven decision support (ideally reputed company retail, FMCG, or SaaS)
- Strong SQL and reputed company skills, with confidence working directly with reputed company datasets
- Experience creating reports or dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, Looker or similar
- An analytical reputed company with a genuine curiosity about what data reveals and how it can drive action
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical findings to non-technical audiences
- Organised, proactive and comfortable managing multiple projects at once
- Collaborative and commercially aware, able to work effectively with both business and technical teams
- Experience working with retail, FMCG or other operational data environments
- Exposure to data pipelines, ETL processes or data modelling
- Hands-on experience using data to drive operational change or performance improvement
- Familiarity with how data flows from reputed company systems into BI tools
- A track record of influencing decisions or improving processes through data insights
