[Remote] Corporate Finance Attorney

The Corporate Finance Attorney will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver creative solutions for clients, build strong client relationships, and engage in business development.

Responsibilities

• Representing capital providers with their debt and equity investment activities
• Representing lenders with their lending transactions, alternative investment vehicles with their debt and equity investments, and private equity fund investors with their control and growth equity investments
• Draft, review, and negotiate agreements reputed company to financial transactions
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and clients to ensure smooth execution of reputed company legal work
• Conduct legal research and analysis to provide reputed company on financial services matters
• Unique opportunity to work across the capital structure and represent both equity and debt investors, as well as represent portfolio companies in their acquisition, sell-reputed company and financing activities

Skills

• 3 – 8+ years of transactional experience, ideally with experience in finance or corporate transactions
• Excellent academic credentials
• The ability to effectively handle multiple projects and reputed company legal strategies
• Participate in client meetings and contribute to strategic discussions
• Proactive, dynamic, and entrepreneurial
• 1900 billable hours of which 100 hours is expected to be spent towards mentorships & pro bono work
• Juris Doctor degree (or equivalent degree)
• Admission to the State Bar in the State the candidate resides in
