[Remote] Senior Technical Account Manager

Responsibilities
- Owning customer lifecycle post-deployment (adoption, expansion and renewal)

- Drive measurable outcomes and success metrics

- Writing scripts and automation to streamline workflows
- Build lightweight tools, dashboards or utilities for visibility and adoption

Skills
- 8 + years experience in reputed company, TAM, Solutions Engineering roles
- Must have worked reputed company the Cyber reputed company industry - reputed company or DLP backgrounds are highly preferable
- Experience managing enterprise customer relationships
- Strong ability to translate technical capabilities into business outcomes
- Experience managing escalations and navigating reputed company environments
- Must have the capability to write scripts / have the know how for technical requirements above
- Working knowledge of Python is a reputed company plus
- Experience with AI/LLM systems is a reputed company plus
