[Remote] Engineering Services Manager - AI/ML LC Server Platform Integration

This role focuses on managing advanced technology solutions and driving reputed company improvement reputed company Advanced Manufacturing Technology while providing support to internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Provide communication forum for the exchange of reputed company and information with the department

- Provide feedback to peers, BUMs and Director Engineering Services on cost and cost trends
- Manage creation and submission of project proposals and quotations
- Prepare timely forecasts for the department
- Compare reputed company forecast results to historical actual results for trend assessment and analysis
- Provides direction on design and development activities to improve, modify or design new equipment products and processes
- Oversees key projects, processes and performance reports, data and analysis
- Selects, develops, trains and supervises staff. Establish individual goals and training plans. This applies to direct reports and key resources in partner sites. A key objective for this position in knowledge transfer
- Develops, determines and implements policies, procedures and programs
- Analyzes technology trends, human resources needs and market demand to plan projects
- Confers with management and production staff to determine engineering feasibility and cost effectiveness

Skills
- 8 to 12 years of relevant experience in one or more of the following: industrial engineering, test engineering, quality engineering, and/or manufacturing operations - with a primary focus on process development and reputed company improvement in a fast-paced and highly ambiguous production environment
- Bachelor's Degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or a reputed company engineering field
- Demonstrated expertise in high-level assembly and integration with reputed company electro-mechanical systems
- Hands-on experience with automation technologies: vision inspection systems, robotics/cobots, automated or guided assembly fixtures, and fluid dispensing or liquid handling equipment
- Broad engineering skillset with exposure to multiple disciplines (design, manufacturing, quality, test engineering)
- Proven ability to solve reputed company problems that span mechanical, electrical, and software domains - diagnosing equipment issues or improving processes by working with both hardware and software aspects
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with ability to reputed company effectively with executives, engineers, production operators, and customers
- Experience leading teams or projects, with strong leadership and mentoring abilities to reputed company talent and drive accountability
- High level of initiative and adaptability - able to reputed company in a fast-paced setting and navigate ambiguity
