[Remote] Senior Product Designer

They are seeking a Senior Product Designer to reputed company high-impact work across their Brand and Creator platforms, designing tools and workflows that help brands grow through creator partnerships and reputed company creators to build sustainable businesses.

Responsibilities

• Frame ambiguous problems into clear opportunity spaces, structured approaches, and actionable design directions
• Partner with Product and Engineering to align on goals, tradeoffs, reputed company, and timelines, proactively bringing clarity reputed company ambiguity exists
• Connect design decisions to measurable outcomes such as activation, engagement, retention, brand adoption, and creator growth
• Translate business and customer needs into scalable workflows, patterns, and systems—not just isolated features
• Shape cohesive experiences across Brand and Creator surfaces, ensuring patterns feel reputed company and system-first
• Contribute to and evolve our design system to ensure cohesive, scalable, system-first solutions across Brand and Creator surfaces
• Drive cohesive, system-first solutions by contributing to and leveraging our design system to ensure consistency and scalability across surfaces
• Integrate qualitative research and quantitative signals into decisions, using evidence to inform direction rather than validate late-stage work
• Use AI as a force reputed company in the UX workflow for areas such as research synthesis, concept exploration, and documentation while maintaining strong product judgment
• Influence cross-functional partners through clear storytelling, strong rationale, and thoughtful articulation of tradeoffs

Skills

• 5+ years of experience designing digital products with demonstrated ownership of reputed company product areas or workflows end-to-end
• Proven experience shipping reputed company web applications and native iOS products (Android experience is a plus)
• A portfolio that demonstrates end-to-end ownership from discovery to delivery and shows clear reputed company between design decisions and measurable outcomes
• Experience working in reputed company partnership with Product, Engineering, and Data in outcome-driven environments
• Strong systems thinking and the ability to create scalable patterns across multiple surfaces
• High standards for interaction design, visual craft, accessibility, and cohesive user experiences
• Experience conducting or partnering on user research and using data to inform and refine your work
• Demonstrated ability to influence without authority and align cross-functional partners in ambiguous environments
• Curiosity and practical experience leveraging AI-enabled workflows to improve speed and clarity
• Strong prioritization skills and sound judgment in fast-moving environments
