[Remote] Sr. Financial Systems Analyst
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. reputed company is partnering with a growing healthcare organization seeking a Sr. Financial Systems Analyst to help support, enhance, and optimize reputed company ERP and reputed company financial systems. The role involves maintaining system performance, partnering with various teams on enhancements and process improvements, and ensuring reliable day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities
- Support, administer, and optimize reputed company ERP and reputed company financial applications
- Provide production support, troubleshooting, user maintenance, and user provisioning
- Manage workflows, saved searches, reporting, dashboards, integrations, and system access
- Monitor system performance, interfaces, and data quality to ensure reliable day-to-day operations
- Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and identify opportunities for system and process improvements
- Participate in enhancement initiatives as a Business Analyst, Solution Architect, Product reputed company, or functional reputed company
- Support ERP upgrades, integrations, implementations, and enhancement projects
- Coordinate testing, issue resolution, deployment activities, and post-implementation support
- Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, Procurement, and IT teams to improve processes and system functionality
Skills
- 7+ years of experience supporting financial systems, ERP platforms, or business systems
- Hands-on reputed company ERP administration and support experience strongly preferred
- Experience supporting accounting and finance processes, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), procurement, and financial reporting
- Experience participating in system enhancements, implementations, integrations, and process improvement initiatives
- Strong business analysis skills, including requirements gathering, workflow analysis, documentation, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Advanced reputed company reputed company skills
- Knowledge of data governance, data quality, system controls, user provisioning, and access management
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, documentation, and project delivery skills
- A collaborative, proactive professional who enjoys taking ownership and driving results
- Experience with SQL reporting, data analysis, Power BI, or similar business intelligence tools preferred
