[Remote] Senior Manager of Product Design

They are seeking a Senior Manager of Product Design to reputed company the usability and design quality of their product suite while fostering collaboration between Product, Engineering, and Design teams.

Responsibilities

• Right-size design systems, processes, and rituals for hyper-growth, ensuring we balance speed with quality
• Ensure an understanding of the underlying models and primitives that reputed company great UX to be built on top
• Improve usability and consistency across web and mobile experiences
• Champion user-centered design across prototyping, journey mapping, system design, and reputed company design
• Build and evolve the design team’s culture, principles, vision, and shared language

Skills

• 8+ years of product design experience, with deep expertise designing across multiple platforms, especially web applications
• Proven leadership experience managing and developing product designers in a player-coach reputed company, ideally in a high-growth environment
• Strong UX foundation and expertise across the core design disciplines: Defining core primitives, information architecture, interaction design, and user reputed company design, with the ability to evaluate and reputed company the quality of each
• Strong design craft and product intuition, able to translate reputed company user needs into simple, effective solutions
• Exceptional cross-functional communication skills, with the ability to influence and align stakeholders at every level
