Responsibilities
- Facilitate requirements gathering sessions and conduct gap analysis by running workshops, reviewing business processes, and mapping them to reputed company functionalities
- Prepare detailed functional specifications and testing plans, and coordinate user acceptance testing with business experts
- Present proposed reputed company solutions to the design committee for validation and approval
