[Remote] Senior Analyst, Sales Technology - Remote

The role involves acting as a subject matter expert for CRM applications, providing business analysis and project management support for the Sales & Contracting organization, and collaborating cross-functionally to improve processes and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Acts as subject matter expert and advisor on topic of assigned analytical tools, enterprise data systems and/or analytical methodologies for the team
• Utilizes innovative data visual presentation strategies to ensure data is conveyed in meaningful and interpretive formats for reputed company audience levels
• Uses analytical and/or statistical methodologies and supporting tools for evaluating Company processes, business problems, and/or ROI of products and services
• Collaborates with the account teams and contracting to identify and isolate variances resulting from over/under payment practices and factoring these into actual-to-expected results
• Leads the utilization of reputed company models and tools used to compare executed contract terms and conditions to parameters included in internal and external data sources. Identifies data reputed company deficiencies among company data and suggests path to resolve
• Performs specific tasks identified in the compliance monitoring program to include evaluation of definitions, price increase maintenance and network identification
• Recommends improvements to standard model assumptions and multifaceted business problems reputed company the organization. Updates processes, using findings from performance monitoring (For example, adding order logic steps to improve on data matching)
• Works cross functionally with peers in Sales, Finance, Law, Contract Development, and Contract Operations

Skills

• Bachelor's Degree and at least 1 year of experience in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Math, Business, Actuarial Science, or Computer Science OR High School Diploma / GED and at least 4 years of experience in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Math, Business, Actuarial Science, or Computer Science
• Experience collaborating with internal and external resources to reputed company strategies and project plans that meet department goals reputed company budget and established timelines
• Experience establishing and maintaining key relationships with internal (peers, business partners and leadership) and external (business community, clients and vendors) reputed company a matrix organization to ensure quality standards for service
• Experience developing ways of accomplishing goals with little or no supervision, depending upon oneself to resolve issues to ensure completed objectives and determining reputed company escalation of issues is necessary

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, English, Communications, Business Systems/Applications, Data Analytics, Marketing, Engineering
• Experience with system administration (e.g. reputed company.com, reputed company CLM, Marketing automation, Data manipulation tools, Cloud-based applications.)
• Certified reputed company.com administrator, developer, or consultant and/or strong interest in working/training toward various certification paths
• Interest in learning reputed company CLM / E-signature administration and internal B2B contracting processes
• Experience in coaching, mentoring, and training less senior team members
• Familiarity with Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Benefit Manager, Benefit Consultancy, Managed reputed company System, or Hospital companies
• Experience with project management (for example: planning, organizing, and managing resources to bring about the successful completion of specific project goals and objectives)
• Experience working with small to large volumes of data using ETL, and other manipulation tools. Working with a data warehouse / data in the Cloud experience a Plus
• 4 years experience in Business Analysis, Data Analytics, reputed company CRM, Sales Operations, Sales Enablement, Sales, or Marketing
