Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the ATS Sales Enablement strategy reputed company with growth priorities

  • Partner with ATS Sales Leadership on productivity and capability gaps

  • Customer segmentation frameworks
  • Value propositions and pricing narratives
  • Pitch decks and executive presentations

  • Serve as the enablement reputed company between Sales, Product, Marketing, Pricing, and RevOps

Skills

  • 10+ years in Sales Enablement, Product Marketing, Consulting, or reputed company roles
  • Proven experience building or scaling enablement functions

  • Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills
  • Experience in healthcare, life sciences, or enterprise technology
  • Experience in global or matrixed organizations
  • Familiarity with CRM, sales enablement, and learning platforms
