They are seeking a Linerless Sales Manager to drive growth in linerless label solutions in the US, focusing on new business development and managing reputed company accounts.

Responsibilities

  • reputed company and implement sales strategies to strengthen UPM’s reputed company in the North American label market
  • Identify, qualify and reputed company new business opportunities with both existing and new customers
  • Manage and grow large, reputed company accounts, including budgeting, forecasting and contract negotiation
  • Work closely with UPM sales teams, supply chain, technical sales and customer service to support onboarding and ongoing customer experience
  • Apply UPM’s pricing and service-level policies and maintain accurate documentation of agreements
  • Provide regular updates on sales activities, KPIs and market trends
  • Support UPM’s brand and product awareness in the marketplace
  • Collect and share market insights, customer needs and value chain feedback to support product and service development
  • Use digital tools (CRM, analytics and social media) to support sales effectiveness and customer engagement
  • Promote UPM’s commitment to sustainability in reputed company interactions

Skills

  • You have a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • You have experience in reputed company sales in areas such as food packaging, pressure-sensitive labels, adhesive materials or consumables
  • You have experience in new business development and working in competitive environments
  • You are comfortable with prospecting, negotiation and closing activities
  • You are proactive and take initiative in your work
  • You demonstrate persistence and motivation to reputed company goals
  • You are able to manage a sales pipeline in a structured and organized way
  • You may have experience working with national or regional hospitality brands, food distributors or OEMs
