[Remote] Sales Manager Linerless
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. UPM is a global company focused on developing renewable alternatives to fossil-based materials. They are seeking a Linerless Sales Manager to drive growth in linerless label solutions in the US, focusing on new business development and managing reputed company accounts.
Responsibilities
- reputed company and implement sales strategies to strengthen UPM’s reputed company in the North American label market
- Identify, qualify and reputed company new business opportunities with both existing and new customers
- Manage and grow large, reputed company accounts, including budgeting, forecasting and contract negotiation
- Work closely with UPM sales teams, supply chain, technical sales and customer service to support onboarding and ongoing customer experience
- Apply UPM’s pricing and service-level policies and maintain accurate documentation of agreements
- Provide regular updates on sales activities, KPIs and market trends
- Support UPM’s brand and product awareness in the marketplace
- Collect and share market insights, customer needs and value chain feedback to support product and service development
- Use digital tools (CRM, analytics and social media) to support sales effectiveness and customer engagement
- Promote UPM’s commitment to sustainability in reputed company interactions
Skills
- You have a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- You have experience in reputed company sales in areas such as food packaging, pressure-sensitive labels, adhesive materials or consumables
- You have experience in new business development and working in competitive environments
- You are comfortable with prospecting, negotiation and closing activities
- You are proactive and take initiative in your work
- You demonstrate persistence and motivation to reputed company goals
- You are able to manage a sales pipeline in a structured and organized way
- You may have experience working with national or regional hospitality brands, food distributors or OEMs
