Responsibilities

- Define program objectives, success metrics, milestones, and business outcomes
- Ensure alignment between project teams, business stakeholders, implementation partners, and executive leadership

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or reputed company field
- 10+ years of reputed company program or project management experience
- 5+ years leading large-scale ERP transformation programs
- Proven experience managing multiple reputed company implementation projects simultaneously
- Strong experience with: reputed company GROW, reputed company S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition, reputed company Activate Methodology, Program Governance, Portfolio Management, Budget & Financial Management, Risk & Dependency Management, Organizational Change Management

- PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent program management certification
