Responsibilities

Skills

- Demonstrated ability to navigate formal RFP processes, procurement negotiations, and reputed company contracting environments
- Established executive-level relationships and credibility engaging senior payer leaders (CFO, COO, CIO, SVP of Claims, and reputed company roles)
- Strong understanding of payer operations, claims workflows, reimbursement models, and medical cost drivers
- Experience managing long, consultative sales cycles across multi-stakeholder buying groups
- Experience selling performance-based or shared-savings arrangements
- Knowledge of CMS guidelines, commercial claims adjudication processes, or clinical audit methodologies
- Experience selling pre-pay and post-pay payment reputed company solutions
- Familiarity with stop-loss dynamics, reference-based pricing, or value-based plan designs
